I got a little ringing noise

It sounds like a loose bolt or a looose washer. I have pinpointed it my turbo elbow, to the down pipe right around there. I have tighten the bolts over and over. I took the heat sheild off to make sure it wasn't that. The noise only happens when there is vibration in the exhaust. Not when I have it in nuetral or at idle but any time i rev it its louder than the turbo. Any clues?

Its pretty impossible to tell without hearing it in person.. but i had a noise like that. It was actualy a bolt on my AC compressor wasnt tight.. made a washer jingle.. much louder than you would imagine.
