I would buy your broken CA from you if you include all the goodies and wiring harness...

I could pay you in about 15 days if you will ship to MD. I am serious.

Are you still getting transferred up here?

Ill give you $600.

But are you going to be sending it from Alabama or Virginia? If Virginia then I will pick it up myself and take a day off of work. Its worth it. I am completely seroius.

Edit: How many miles total (here and in japan) have been put on this thing and have you dogged the motor at all?

well id rather ship the motor because im currently out of a ride.. heh, so i REALLY need a KA... and the motor was dogged at the track.. as in floored till about 90 mph.. other then that it was babied in worries i would break something. The motor had nothing but 93.5 gas since iv owned it.. and the mileage on it is about 84,000 kilometers, which is about 54,000 miles i believe. somewhere in that range.. i got the motor with about 82,000 kilometers on it so iv put around 2k miles on it. So just let me know.. i have an idea that might be good for us.. i could haul the motor on a truck half way and meet you.. but thats just an idea. let me know! thanks

How many times were you at the track? Just curious, I am sure you didnt do anything to harm the motor.

I do want to know how you bent the valves though. Was the timing off? Did the valve interfere with the piston or did it stick?

Meeting halfway would be about where?

i ran at the track just once, and the valve got bent because my friend moved the crank pulley while the head was off and threw the timing off, when we put the head back on we didnt know he moved the pistons up and down.. and it had made the head out of time with the block, and he forced the cams to move 180 out, and bent the 4th cylinders valves. We had 150 compression on 1,2, and 3 cylinder though. And halfway is about above knoxville tennessee.

I was just telling my friend about this today and knoxville is what he said too, about 11 hours south of here.

When do you wanna do this? I have to wait two more weeks for the rest of the money to come in (hospital bills from an appendectomy last year).

I hope its not needed before then.

damn useless organs, you can't even trade them for cash.. only good for trying to kill you.

we should start a pro genetic energineering group called The Society For An Appendix Free America (SFAAFA, prounced "su'fa--fa"), whose sole goal is to engineer out the damned appendix.. or make it useful. Now, if it could metabolize alcohol at will.. woo!

(Had mine out when I was a kid. I had strange stomach area pains, doc said "Jump up and down" *jumps up and down* "Did that hurt more?" "No" "Then its not the appendix.." ... ~4-5 days later I can't move I'm in such pain and my mom rushes me to the hospital to find out GUESS WHAT! It was ready to go BEWM and ruin my millenium; damn high pain threshold..)

sweet on the KA!

If I dont get your motor, Im going to have to wait a long time to get another one so I might just have to buy suspension instead. I hope it comes through with you though.

Fallen180sx, you and 2BN_S13 should finish this transaction off the forum. This thread has turned into a useless wate of bandwith and will be locked after my post. I wish you both the best of luck at coordinating this as well.
