i get no to little pulse going to my injectors???help???

ok... my problem is that i get no pulse going to the injectors. i checked with a multi meeter and nothing in any of them but my car runs if i put fuel in the chambers manually. i changed my crank angle sensor too. Is my ecu broken? any one have any ideas. when i turn my distributor a little fuel comes out

Is this an all of the sudden problem? Are all the injectors functioning identically? Injectors clogged maybe?
