i found a S13 Fastback i need opinions

i found a 91 Fastback i think its a SE because from the description it has 4 wheel steering, and it had the SE alloy wheels, all it has is a APEXI N1 exhuast and a system, its clocked a 99,000 the guy wants $2500, but the front bumper is F'd up, he says it was a 3-4mph collision, i have seen a pic the exterior looks good except the bumper and i am goin to see him tomorrow to look at the car how much do you think i should as him for the car $2,250??? or wat?? also if someone can help me out the vin is JN1MS36P7MW024707

Assuming everything runs well then its all about the bumper. If its ****ed up badly then it may not be worth it. Think we need a pic to really judge it though.

man if its JUST the bumper.. get it. dont even think about it. but if its having any other mechanical problems dont. bring him down to 2000..

Man....that car almost looks exactly like mine when i first bought it, but yea...talk him down and definately get it if the damage is purely cosmetic, and isn't THAT bad

$2000 would be a steal imo
