Alright i was in the market for a s14, but everything was overpriced so i decided to buy a 5spd zenki with 120k for 4.5....with plans of kouki conversion now recently i found a kouki 98 BONE Stock with 2 owners...with here it comes only 46k MILES!!!! only cons are that body has dings, dents, lots of swirls, auto, sunroof, but nothing major,,,,,,at only 6,500

What would u guys do??? .....I am a college student and i plan to have a kouki....so im def going to sell one or the other...

If You Get It Down To 5k, Maybe. (Cause Of The Low Original Miles)

Plus It's An Auto.

WTF? You want a kouki, Have a zenki and instead of changing the headlights, fenders, hood, and bumper you would rather pay thousands for a different car.

Just do the front end conversion, tails if you really want, and call it a day.

well i got the zenki with 120k at 4.5...conversions gonna cost 1.5 thus meaning 6grand for a kouki with 120k or i buy the kouki at 6.5 with only 45k.......

dude i had the same dilema, but i ended up doing the kouki conversion this weekend. It looks too insane, definetly start looking for parts on the conversion.

Buy the parts slowly? Look for deals? You seem to want the miles more than anything. I would love a 120k DOHC. Its either that or you don't want to work on the car... Plus, auto sucks. 5speed swap is another shiny penny to tack on.

What's wrong with a zenki? What a waste just to get that appearance when u don't have spare cash.

Whats wrong with zenki's?

To me, kouki's are for fan boys. The first thing they wanna do when they get a zenki is "i wanna get a kouki front end!"

think about it, .. if a car hardly ever goes anywhere, you think its gonna have "dings, dents, lots of swirls " .. ?

In 11 years, this car has only accumulated 47k, but shows all the visible wear that a car with 200k would have.,,,,

these gauges are so easy to turn the miles back .

I have a Zenki with a Kouki front end and I wish it didn't have it.The only reason it's there is because I bought her like that.

i had a chance to get a 70k mile kouki SE 5 spd really clean body for 6500 2 years ago. but that was my life savings back then and if i bought that i wouldn't be able to afford insurance/gas/maintenance...i couldn't do it. so i got my zenki, auto and a lot more miles for 2.5k but it ran perfect. i still wish i picked up that kouki but i have no regrets on buying my zenki. kouki front is nice but only do it if it means that much to you. i would rather spend the money somewhere else and save the cost of parts + paintjob.

I honestly believe that every 240 looks beauitiful with the front it came with.. other than s13 coupes with silvia fronts.. front end conversions are a waste.. for what it would cost for me 2 do a kouki conversion on a zenki i could buy some good suspension mods or have a good bit stashed for a swap or ka-t.. keep the zenki and enjoy her she'll treat you right if you treat her right!

OH and not all 240s are beauitiful pignoses make me wanna barf in my mouth

I just got a 97 Kouki with 117000 miles on it for 2800 and 700 to have it shipped to CA. If you want a Kouki you should just keep your eyes out for it. I have found its harder to find koukis with 5speeds though and most shops will charge 1500-2000 to do the swap. But I agree with domiballa all 240s are nice. Is that kouki in Carlsbad?

Pignoses look sick when done right. I also love the zenki's. if I were to have an s14 i would only buy the zenki.. unless i got some serious deal on a kouki.

i got a zenki and i love it to death but i always liked how aggressive the kouki looked, i found a great deal on a kouki front clip with the SR so thats the only reason im doing a the kouki conversion. if you plan on throwing down a bunch of cash on your zenki then id say "f*** it" and just do the conversion.

IMO Zenki's look better than Kouki's, but that's just me.
