I came downstairs to get on the compy, and my mother was on a message board, much like NICO, except it was about sewing (I can see a topic now: I can't get the thread through the needle, HELP! :rolleyes). Anyway, I sat next to her, and casually glanced at the screen, to see a thread that was running (no pun intended) that was 99 pages long! I asked what it was about, and she said, "Fabric."

There's a 99 page thread out there, about FABRIC!, and our longest thread is a pitiful 24 pages. How bizarre.

Sorry for ranting and raving, I just thought I'd share my amazing discovery with ya.

I just discovered sewing forums, my girlfriend was looking for a sewing machine so I surfed the sewing forums, ebay, etc. and learned a great deal about sewing Ok, so maybe I'm not THAT excited, but I DID find her a great machine!

You guys are forgetting one VERY important reason WHY the fabric thread is 90 pages long:

Women talk a hell of a lot more.

Go in there and drop the "back on topic" bomb and they'll KNOW you're a guy (and they'll kick your arse).
