I dont think I like my wheels anymore. help me out guys

Ive had these wheels for about three months now and I think they made my car look like like a drag car and sits way to high off the ground. They raised the car an inch off the ground, even though its tucking the tires. I dont like the overhang of the tires over the wheels at all anymore. The wheels are Ray's Engineering 16/8 with a +30 offset. Either im going to take a loss and sell the wheels to get something different and wider( like 9 inches with a 0 offset). Or I thought about selling the tires off of them(245/50 in front and 255/50 in the back) and putting like a 215/40 on them. The only problem with that is there not going to be flush anymore. So I would need longer wheel studs with like 30mm worth of spacers.

i'd comprimise and run a 225 all around. that's just a tiny bit of stretch on the tire, and you'll still have a decent amount of traction. those are 225/50's on the rears (16x8 +25) in my sig. i know i have a huge fender gap in that pic, i have coilovers now but the weather's too crappy to take pics.

I'd just go with some new tires. 225/50 sounds good...

Honestly, I wouldnt change a thing. Im sort of getting sick of this whole wicked tire stretch trend goin' down these days. I think your car looks great.

If anything, grab some sticky 225/50's.

ok so ive decided im going to sell the wheels. im kind of in a bind for some extra money right now to so I kinda need to sell them. I told myself I was never going to buy wheels in the first place. But I ran into two z32 wheels a while back that I bought for drifting and I have two of them on my car. I really like the way they look, im going to find two more and rock them with some kouki sideskirts. Ill probally get some wheels again but I guess I dont really know what I want to do with wheels right now, wheels make the car and I dont want something that doesnt represent me ya know? Plus my car doesnt have a motor in it right now so I could use that moeny to get my motor back together( getting close, need flywheel & clutch, and a header)

and heres the wheels...make a offer, I payed $480 for the wheels from RBMotoring and got the tires from TireRack for just under $500 too.

I know this isnt the for sale thread, its more of a discussion. I wanted everybodys thoughts and if you want to make a offer on the wheels you can email me too.
