I installed the greddy intake plenum and when I was all said and done I had a coolant hose not hooked up to something, its the one coming off the idle control valve and I was say is about 3/4 inch in diameter. Any help would be appreciative.

Can you take a picture of it? I don't know what it is, but I bet we can figure it out if we see a pic.

I'd be interested in this too as I'm in exactly the same position at the moment. I presume its this hose you're talking about ?

I'd also be interested to know what connects onto the 4 shiny outlets on the raised boss on the left hand side of the plenum in the picture. The GReddy manual I have is in Japanese and its not much help to be honest.

That is the hose that goes the the intake piping near the BOV. The brass fitting is the junction between the Valve and the hose off the l shaped intake pipr the goes over the coil packs.

I think that's the one anyway...

Here is a picture of the hose that should connect to the other end of. The end you see here connects to the inlet pipe near where the BOV is bolted on....if I am thinking of the right hose....

it has to get route back to the intake piping in fornt of the throttle body to allow the AIC/AAC to get air to idle speed. Mack

Definately, that allow some air to pass when the throttle is closed...without it, you wont get the meter air from the AFM into the engine and the air/fuel ratio will be way off.

Great, thats one hose found :)

With the vacuum connections on the left hand side...

I presume the far left vaccum connection is for the fuel pressure regulator (?)

Not sure about the next two but presumably a take-off for a boost gauge and another one for the boost solenoid (?)

The far right takeoff is quite large so would this be the connection to the PCV valve in the R/H cam cover (?)

Maybe it's for the brake booster?

I've narrowed that down to another large bore connection on the top rear Jon :)

Maybe you could post a picture so we could help a little better, I was trying to understand the difference between the far left, far right, and top rear...I misunderstood...sorry. I guess it all depends on where you are standing...

Looks like you have figured it out pretty good, the only thing is on mine(all stock) the boost solenoid runs off the intake pipes before the BOV, I am not sure that it will be the same there, it should be though.

Man, I wish I had cash laying around to buy one of those....you lucky bastards!!

I am just jealous, dont mind me.

It looks like the standard turbos water return pipe goes into the back of the original plenum. Where have the guys that have fitted the GReddy plenums plumbed it in ?
