alright, so i just swapped an rb20 into my 1990 s13, and im havin a little trouble. i got the car to crank over, but it wont start. there is fuel pressure so i kno thats not the issue. the ecu l.e.d light turns red when the car is on. but it just wont start. any ideas?

is the rb making any sounds or anything when you go to crank it ??

make sure your fuel lines arent reversed

Also you need those two relays near the ECU. without those your car won't start.

Spray some starting fluid into the intake manifold, thats what worked for mine. I had the same issue......Everything was ok the whole time, it just needed an extra kick. Let me know.

im goin to try a few things today, but i dont think those relays clicked. does anyone kno what they r for? i thought it had something to do with fuel thats y i never messed with them.

Hey,Make sure your timing is straight also.Valve and Ignition

My CAS was on 180 out.Switched it around and started up with NO hesistation.

And my timing belt was off by 1 tooth

it ended up bein the fuel lines. thanks guys. they way they were set up made sence, i lookeds at a 300zx and it was the same
