IF I HOOK UP A METER TO MY MAFS AND KEY THAT CAR ON. I DON`T ALWAYS HAVE A 5V SIGNAL. MY TPS AND THE DISTRIBUTOR ALWAYS HAVE THE 5V SIGNAL. SOMETIMES I ONLY HAVE 2V AND OTHER TIMES ITS 5V. ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS

Sounds normal to me. You should only get 5v at the MAF when it's maxed the f*** out.

You should have 5 volts in at all times, I think. You also have a signal out wire that goes back to the ecu that should read somewhere between .1 and 5 volts depending on the load. Your third wire is the ground. I would check the ground and make sure it has a good connection.
