As the topic says I have no idea what this is. On one it has that knob or something and the other it doesn't. Do these really matter for the hub? I test fitted the hub onto the left one and it didn't rub or anything. I just wanted to know what its for.

it is an abs sensor from a hicas car, unless you want abs its not needed

yes, and I'm assuming that you have a hicas car, we removed the Hicas in the race car, but since its your street car, keep em if you can.

Wasn't hicas used in the chuki production? Mine is a 90.Could it be that the guy before me swapped in new knuckles from a chuki year?

its possible, did you look in your engine bay and see an abs block. I wasn't sure if earlier model 240's came with abs or not.

If your car didn't come with abs then those are useless.

So i've checked and I don't have abs. Also is the ball joint in the lower control arm suppose to be able to wiggle around? I don't think so. And when I took off the hubs on the blue one (without that stub or abs sensor) I don't think it came with spindles? there were no teeth around the hub. And the other one had teeth around the hub.
