Hey what's up!? I am new to this forum and I just bought my first car today, a Nissan 1992 300ZX NA 2 Seater. I love the cars looks and performance. It's weird that I own this car, when i don't even know how to drive manual, but I just had to buy it! I'm waiting 'till I turn 18 to get my drivers licence, but first I have to learn how to drive manual. Anyway, the car's in decent shape, i has a few bumps and scratches and one of the rims is cracked, but I'm so excited that I don't really care. I think I'll paint it pearl white, since it's already white. I hope you can give me some advice on its care and maintenance. Thanks for your time :)

Very nice car I must say, I got to drive it back home after it was purchased and it runs excellent. It has a few details but the car will progressively come along great. Welcome to Nico!

Welome to NICO! Car looks good!

How long until your 18? Also when do you plan on learning how to drive it?

Very nice! definitely looks like a great little project, I will tell you one thing from personal experience tho..
Pearl White = VERY EXPENSIVE to paint haha, unless you can do it yourself or know a guy. Mainly to do it properly its a Tri Coat system and the original paint code is a waterbased paint from Japan. At least mine was anyway being RHD and all, but its the beautiful pearl! not too creamy and not to white, just that right amount, check my other posts and you'll see the ones I put up of mine!
but all the power to ya, good luck! and Standard isnt hard to drive at all, just remember.. if the car ever starts to buck, just clutch in to keep her from stalling! cheers!

Sweet! Welcome to Nico! Nice first car! My first was a totaled hardbody, also a stick, and it took me a year to save up to fix it... You got a great start Ha!

Maintenance should be the first priority with this or any car. Before worrying what color you want. There are several threads on what should be done with a newly purchased Z, do some searching around. 120k maint. service is probably the big one that will need to be done.

Thank you :)
I'm turning 18 next January 3rd. I think my dad or Sergx22 will teach me ASAP, but i'll definitely wait 'till I'm 18 to get my licence.

Welcome aboard!
I learned to drive stick on my Z too, that's always fun. Congrats on your puchase and 120k service should be on the top your list.
