the facia come as a whole molded piece including the grill. That lower grill is a mesh grill to place in the lower valence of the stillen facia. Without the grill rocks will damage the inside lower part.

ok so like the other guy said its for the lower part of the grill which i feel is retarted i mean ur paying 500 for the actual bumper.......then another like 120 for shipping...........then like another3-400 for paint so itll cost u like 900 bucks for the damn thing which blows

so yea my advice just get the splitter and cmod grill no painting involved
