Just a rant...

Where does it say when throwing a body kit and modifying the engine increase the value of the car or swaping the engine with the SR increases the value?

21,0001996 NISSAN 240SX, 5 spd, Black, S14 SR20DET(10k mi) 98 Front End, HKS GTRS Turbo, DoLuck BodyKit, Many Mods

Have fun keeping that thing the rest your life. Not even a retard would bit at that price. I hate people who throw stuff in or on there car and thinks it increases the value.

what is it to you? just don't buy it

if you look at it from another perspective, no retard will sell his car at market value after heavy modification

sometimes sellers are trying to rip others off by selling them the car at regular price and then adding a msrp price which i doubt they paid for every single part they put on their car.

it depends how far they went with the car. i mean if the car was completely from its chassis then brought to a shop to get body work repainted, everything restored to brand new or better, a clean sr20det rebuilt with some of the scariest parts youve ever seen, all the suspension goodies, the biggest deepest wheels, etc etc and the list can go on forever i doubt you'll ever find it for regular market value lol.

Most of the time people sell their modified cars because they need money... why would anyone do so much to their car and decide to sell it? (Unless ofcourse you got bored and need another project car) I agree its a bit expensive but hes just trying to get what he put into it... If you dont like the price dont buy it

That's the thing about it. I wouldn't selll it!! If it was a frist place winner showroom car and someone offered me 27,000 with the sponers. It depends upon how long I've had it. If I had it for only 1 in a half years I wouldn't sell it.

Man, there are some people out there who have the money to build a ridiculous car every year, like some guys around me. Then, they get tired of it and sell it to someone who's parents are writing the check for them (more often than not).

One guy down here (Dave Chu) had a WRX, maybe $30k worth of additional mods, had it *maybe* 2 years, just sold it, has put probably $15k into his new S13, etc... Actually, his is the white WRX displayed on http://www.takaragarage.com, it got parted out long ago though.

I dunno, depending on what's in it, and how many miles are on the chassis/engine, $21k for a really highly modified S14 ain't bad, if I had cash (good luck getting a loan for 3x KBB). If you have done a swap, you CAN get more $$$ when you sell your car.

To someone who is looking for a car set up exactly like that it may be worth that price to them....especially if money isn't a major determining factor.
