i didnt know where to put this thread, but i need help with hood latch

can anyone PLEASE send me a picture of what springs go where on the hood latch assembly? i took mine off and its bolted upside down bc i couldnt get my cf hood on there.

bottom line is that i forgot where the springs go... please help!!! my hood is being held down by 3 100lb zip ties!1!!

2 words...hood pins...saftey requirement for CF hoods anyways...

the bulk of the force is supposed to be held down by the latch. hood pins are like a sceondary thing i guess....

nevertheless, i would rather have my hood latch working... its just a nice thing to have.
