Ive been noticing over the last month all four of my power windows have been getting slower and slower going up. It has been getting colder lately as i am in CANADA, but not that cold, maybe -5. It does it even during the warm periods of the day,so i'm not sure if it's related. Also its about half way up they really start to bog down. Any help would be great, Thanks.

Have you been using the correct [for temperature range] rubber channel lubricant frequently.........a standard part of our 30k and 60k and 90k services [or every 2 years whichever occurs first].

I actually don't know if it has ever been done. I just bought it used with 104,000 km on it. Is it something i can do myself? If so could you tell me how? Thanks- Shawn-

Tech recomends Wurth products since they are silicone free. Check out this thread it will give you some ideas on how to keep it all clean.
