i cross the battery wires help

I know that i'm an idiot for doing this but i cross the battery wires and it made a huge spark, but it seemed ok but the car wouln't start, the accesories work but the car does not star, first i thought it was the ECU so i oder a power fc and installed it but the car wouln't start, i check all my fuses and the only one was the alternator fuse which was a 75amp, i got it from nissan today, put it in the car still f.... up, im i check the fuel pump and i got fuel but no spark, please help.

i think sometimes if you tap the ground wire on the neg battery terminal you'll hear the ign relay clicking. check that out. check your relays... did you try jumping the car??? it could be yer batt.

When you said it wouldn't start, does it crank over and just not fire up? Does it crank at all? Is there spark? is there fuel? You know, the basic stuff.

search for crossed battery cables. Common stuff, roasted links, ecu's and other fuses. Check over that stuff first, and if it still refuses to start, could be your ecu.

i did check for fuel and i have it, but i dont have spark, the engines does crank, and i do have a knew battery, and i have a brand new power fc and i installed it but no luck, the relays seemed to be fine, any other options, thanks guys.

what kind of engine? sr I'm assuming? you could have toasted the ignitor or cas. Run the continuity check for the ignitor and post back
