I caved in. I had no choice. (X02 hks hi-power clone)

My buddy who lived about 300 miles away gave me a call one night and said he was going into the army to help pay for school, well he has an 07 Enthusiast Z that was equipped with x02 true duals and jwt poppys. It seems that he now has to get rid of the parts and put the oem parts back on so he could get as much as the car is worth at the dealer.

He offered to give me the exhaust for free as long as I took him and his friends to some place with lots of food and paid for gas for the trip on the way to and back and gave HIM my oem exhaust (so he could sell it.) Anyways, it was an offer I couldn't refuse, although i promised myself I wouldn't get anything which would dramatically change the outlook of the zee, but at the price of Zero dollars and zero cents, who would refuse.

anyways it took about 10 minutes to pull the stock exhaust off and about another 20 mins to put it back on. I could have done a write up but I think we already have one up.. here are some pics, ill post up more and maybe a vid if demand requests.

i don't know what the gains would be, i already have the test pipes so it probably wouldn't yield that much significance, im sure it probably has some effect. although it is a true dual it made the stock exhaust feel like a ton.

The newfound sound of my car reminds me of my friends' uncles murcielago.

Especially on that cold start.

I might upload a video of it later, i might have to get some filter effects though because exhaust vids are notorious for exceeding the actual sound they make on a video.
