Expect major changes. It'll grow two doors, and the back will look much different. Nissan offers NO 2 door models aside from the Z right now, so it's possible we'll see a coupe, but it doesn't really fit with Nissan's current "adgenda" so don't be disappointed if there's no coupe offered--at least at first. The raise-up spoiler will disappear, the exhaust tip will likely change, and it'll grow a bumper. I expect we'll see the license plate move to the bumper.

I hope they change the mirrors, because they're nasty. Signals on mirrors belong on pickups, not cars. Looks like crap.

I'd expect a "Skyview Roof" to be standard.

As for engines, expect an MR20--possibly with the new "XTRONIC" CVT and a QR25. We know the Maxima 6 m/t bolts right up to the QR, so that may make it into the performance models (SE-R, assuming it is still a sentra package, and not Altima-only now).I wouldn't get your hopes up for a turbo model, but a turbo QR would be utterly insane. A QR25DET powered Sentra SE-R Coupe could destroy the Civic Si (sales-wise).

I like it quite a bit. That coupe reminds me of the Maxima up front, and the G35 in the back. A four door version would likely have a more prominent trunk deck (not by much though) and different rear fascia.

DISCLAIMER:**This is ALL just my conjecture.**

I'm a fan of it, too.

At first I hated the whole thing, because I thought it was too "futuristic" looking. But over the last few months it has grown on me, and I'd take it.

Only things I don't like :Exhaust tips, rims, side mirrors, and 350z style headlights. The interior is nice though, besides the dumb looking air vents and the MT shifter that looks like an AT shifter.

Is that an ignition button on the dash?

I might like it after I beat it with a hammer into a shape that resembles a car and not an 8 bit grahic bush on Ikari Warrios II...

same goes for the interior.

That steering wheel looks like a piece of f*** cardboard. I don't like prettymuch everything else that's been said. The headlights, the side mirrors, the dash, the rims, the exhaust needs to change to allow for aftermarkets exhausts to be fitted, and the ugly silver trim on the side skirts and the bottom of the bumpers.

I think I heard the Azeal is going to be FWD.

That 250Z wasn't going to replace anything, it was just going to be offered for a limited time.

Public opinion is how car companies gauge response to concepts.

I don't think it looks friendly in general.

it should move to a cave and never see civilization again.

Yeah, it's definitely not going to look like the concept. There will be definite changes to make it practical. And supposedly there was a press release from Nissan stating they are going to leave their pre-existing engines n/a? Anyone know about that? My bf works at Porter Nissan and that's what he heard.

I'll try and find that at work tonight. Work's slow, so I live on nissan-global.com and nissannews.com (and NICO ). I'll try and find something.
