ok my s14 97 se cant red line to 6,500 instead it red lines at 5,000??? why ?? and also my check engine light is not on but it will not complete the functional test ??? why??? i ran about 100 mile on it and it nevered cleared ... so dose any one know wat i should do ????

i did i took it to nissan but he said it might be the ecu but he wasnt sure ....
