The only good and serious suggestion here is to report to the PD and request an increased presence in your area. Whether they do it or not, at least if you have to defend yourself next time, they'll have it on record that there was a previous incident in which you were peacefull. This is where the 12 ga. comes in

i agree.let the police know, although, i don't know how much good that will do. hopefully they CAn and WILL help you out.also, try not to live worrying about it.

You should run 50,000 volts over the surface of your car, and warn all you coworkers (I personally know what 50,00 volts feels like...I promise they don't want that surprise). Then when the prick comes back, he'll get a little reminder to stay away from your car.
