i cant beleive i need help with this but?

ihello, need help with pulling couple fuses out of 03 m45 is there special tool i need for this?they just dont come out.

I usually use needle nose pliers

yah smaller ones , but there are 3 types. i need to pull out 2 vdc fuses. it feels like something holding them in.
