I can't launch!!!!

I have a 95 240sx ka24de of course.

Before I had an old worn clutch with old worn tires and I launched at 3500 perfectly.

Now I have a new clutch and brand new tires, and I launch at 5500 and the rpms still drops instead of just going up aftermy tires burn out and regain grip.

Would it help if I was able to rev higher? I make all my torque at 4400 and all my hp at 5600, where should I launch? Is it just because my new tires?
