Damn thats a badass turbo man, I used to have the same one on my DSM.... what a cool race gas turbo (loves 25+psi).

If it were mine I'd run 2.5" hot and 2.5" cold. Obviously its up to you what you run as andrave suggested.

I bet that is gonna be a killer settup if that turbo is supported properly. Any links or info on what you are doing?

Well I had a 4" inlet on mine and 2.5" outlet so it made sense for me to go with 2.5" all around... However that big really isn't need on the hotpipe, but I definetly wouldnt go with less than 2.25" ...

Like I said if you get everything else and build around that turbo it will be nutty on a 2.4. I loed it on my 2.0 (9:1 CR), but Im sure the entire curve would change like nutts with this displacement. I bet it will be much more streetable and friendly at pump gas boost levels.

General rule of thumb

Hot side: same size of your turbo outlet

Cold side: same size as your TB

general rule of thumb- 2" for low boost, 2.5 for higher boost, 3" for like over 15 psi or so... maybe. I mean like I said its really up to you, unless you go really big or really small it doesn't make much of a difference. I'm running 3" on the cold side, just cause my IC outlet and my bov pipe, and my mafs are all 3".. makes it easy. dual 2.25 on the inlet.
