I bought a set of components tonight: CDT CL-61a's from thezeb.com (check out the deal I got here: http://www.thezeb.com/caraudio....html)

Now, I know that I'm pretty much going to have to run an amp to power these speakers right. I'm hoping you guys could help point me in the right direction as to what brand/model I should go with, as well as things I should look out for when doing all this in general...

PS: Just so you know, I dont think I'm going to add a sub right away. I dont want it taking up space/weight, and I'm thinking the sound from these CDTs will be nice enough for me... Even still I want to be able to add a sub later on this amp in case I decide to... keep that in mind...

so watcha think I should get?

maybe a jbl 600 will work good for you. I think you can get em for about 140-50 ebay style. check into the cadence z4000, or is it z?000, those are great for components and a sub. also hifonics older amps are awsome for larger multi channel systems. It really all depends how much you want to spend. Figure out your max $$$ you can blow and go from there.
