What caused the crayon odor? Hoses start to disintegrate?

yes. Thats the only thing I can think of, and its not all of them....just certain cars, I bet it was a bad batch of silicone/rubber or some s***

And I JUST did lock down my staggered monoblocks. I pick them up tomorrow

My ex crashed one of those once while I was riding shotgun. Be careful once you get them sideways. The big a** keeps rotating once it starts!

you can try it with a good suspension set up...it's just a real b**** to straighten out a fwd car once it gets to so many degrees sideways.

I considered a 03-ish W8 Passat Wagon about a year ago ... I was just scared of the potential long term ownership costs of any German makes :( . Sure are nice cars though.

nice, I like the wagons. I saw a sedan on craigs for $1000 with blown turbo seals. I was thinking of flipping it but meh, I probably woulda kept it and I shouldn't.
