I bought another s chassis!

I've been a big s12 fan for awhile, and it turns out there was a red 1988 s12 hatch up the street from me on blocks I'd been eyeing for the past few months. It was on blocks and looked kinda sketchy, but I finally went door to door at the appartment to figure out who's it was yesterday. Turns out it belonged to some old asian lady who said some kids jacked her wheels. When I asked how much she wanted for it, she said she didn't know. I offered $200 and she said SURE! Anyway, i'm going to put my wheels on it and have it towed back to my house later tonight, but I'll be sure to post some pictures! Other than faded paint, the thing is MINT. No cracks on the dash, no rips or tears in the seats, and the engine bay is very clean. No rust ANYWHERE on the car (even under the spoiler). I'm SOOOOO excited right now! gonna find a twin cam KA and throw it in there and pimp that $hit daily driver style pictures when i get it home tonight!

i like the s12's, i see 1 everyday on the way to work sitting in the same spot, it got the snowflake wheels on it... dont some come with lsd rearend? Post some pics soon

couldn't get it home because $hitty AAA won't tow cars without tags and registration... i'm pretty pissed i waited 3 hours for the tow truck to show up and tell me that. I was like, damn my house is a mile away, just tow the stupid car! oh well, i talked to my buddy at Enjuku and they'll let me borrow their trailer (for the race car) and my girl says I can use her dodge ram... gonna go tow it myself!

allright picture time! haha, damn it looks more like crap because of the night lighting, and the condensation... i'll have to get some daytime pictures after i wash/wax it tomorrow (oh and it goes without saying, I won't be driving it with spare tires on the front, I just needed to move it as it was on blocks and the spare tire in the s12 and s13 trunk was all I had for wheels...)

haha, it was dark, and there's nothing special. stock CA20E with a cracked water pump pulley neck... debating if i should fix it and use that for awhile, or find a cheap KA24DE.

Reminds me of my daily...



I bought it for $200 off ebay not running... its a turbo that had had the turbo seize and they attempted to make it a normally aspirated engine... I returboed it correctly w/ mostly stock parts... How the engine looks now...



Its a fun little car... =)

damn, i want to find that oem lip kit... wonder if an 89-90 s13 stock lip would fit my bumper? damn it why does the s12 forum have to be down the day i get my s12!
