Over the holiday weekend, me and my wife were sittin at the light, and i notice this 96-97 mustang next to us. I asked her did it say GT on the fender, she said yes. light turns green and we both head for the freeway entrance and show the GT speeding up, so i did the same, and the stang did it again, so i gunned it and left the damn ford :rotfl. My wife was shocked, but i told her that the Q wasn't no punk. Keep in mind that i need a tuneup and my trans is slipping, i love it... Thanks for listening...

Racing a guy with a slipping transmission...pretty ballsy move.

Plus I hate to hear people say "Tune Up" because I am sure there is far more much more thats actually needed.

What kind of shape is your car in to be racing? New OEM spec tires, suspension...?

Were you the guy with the Xbox in the trunk or on the mirror somewhere?

I take it you don't plan to sell your car at Barret Jackson or any other rare car auctions? :)

If you do ever change your mind about the Q check this out: http://docs.google.com/leaf?id=0B5VDQiR ... N2I3&hl=en

Nice kill! BTW - there are no wires - each plug has it's own coil pack.

Honestly I don't believe it at all. The OP was probably racing but the owner of the gt probably wasn't paying him any attention. It's funny because when I'm at redlights, young kids take off fast like I'm actually about to race them. Please lol.
