i am stuck. questions on how my s13 manual driveshaft fits into my rb transmission.

Discuss the RB20, RB25 and RB26 series engines.

my rb didnt come with a piece that goes into the end of the transmission that connects to the driveshaft. what is it and would one from a manual s13 work.

what you need is a drive shaft yoke, and no your s13 yoke will not work. i think the twin turbo 300zx are the same. but your still gonna have to take it to a drive shaft shop and get it made to your custom length.

well first of all. mine is a rb20. transmission is different from your 25.

If you have an RB20 transmission and a driveshaft from a 5-speed S13 then you are good to go. The S13 yoke is the same as the RB20 yoke.

And dont call people stupid, especially after asking a question that 20 seconds of searching would have answered.

you meant the yoke? the s13 5speed driveshaft will work fine. make sure to remove the yellow dust cap at the end of the transmission

just go to http://www.mckinneymotorsports.com/index and get one of there drive shafts or just call them and they will answer any and all questions

yay for not reading the thread!

you dont need an aftermarket shaft with a RB20 swap unless you go from auto to manual
