I am new to the zclub and I just recieve my first 300zx.

Hello everyonemy name is Chelsea... my just receive my first 300zx 1986 5 speed. and his name is Wallie. I got it for 650 and it runs great. I have not done much to the car yet. but i have plans. My boyfriend Devin (sorry guys i am taken) he took his time and effort to find us a z and we did. got it for a great deal. I don't know much about z but Devin does. I am trying to learn on my own as i go. I can to keep this car looking shock and clean maybe little modification to it. hope to make friends and learn more about the z..

That is a great car for the price you got it for. Welcome and you've come to the right place. There a lot of knowledge and experience here to help you with any modifications. And don't be embarassed to ask any questions, we're not like other sites that may rag on someone for not knowing something.

Welcome aboard

Is that major rust I see on the bottom of the drivers-side rear quarter panel? If it is I'd suggest you put the car on a rack to see how bad it is as that could signify that the car may not last long for ya

Thanks everyone for your greetings.

The rust is getting fix by Christmas. My father does auto body and I ask him for Christmas that i wanted to spend time with him on the weekend to fix up the rust and hopefully paint it as well.
