I am new at this and I need help

I dont know much about engines but i bought a 1992 240sx with a ka24de. I wanted to boost it up a little bit, so i bought a t3/t4 turbo kit with intercooler. Now, my whole idea was to set it up at 7 or 8psi cause i was told i wasn't gonna need to do anything else on the engine (injector or piston). Now, the car is not working good after all the mounting. Does have a bosh regulator, walbro 255, imitation tial wastegate, blow off. Because it needed more gas according to my mechanic, i bought also 370 injectors but now has too much gas and it's even worst. One thing, do i have to eliminate the original regulator? cause its working with both right now at 40pds. Any help would be very well receive, cause i don't know what else to do for tunning.

Some of your problems:

What so you got an aftermarket fpr and you still have the stock fpr???? You need a wideband to tell if your rich or lean. What kind of turbo kit did you get??? Please don't say XS power or SSAC

i called robert earlier today and he said he hasnt gotten to testing it yet. he said either tomorrow or friday. either way ill know for sure by saturday. dont plan on coming down this weekend until i get word on its condition.

actually tonight, while dressing up my engine bay and adjusting my tps, i noticed a pin hole on my upper radiator endtank. that = time for an all alluminum koyo which i dont have money for. i wouldnt be able to drive that far either way, but still it sucks. im glad i found it now and not when it was too late. ive got 200 miles on her now .
