Just ordered my ACT 6puck clutch in from Dauntless, I am so excited to get it in! I am loosing major time on the 1/4mile from my stock clutch that has about 92k on it! Every time I power shift at 6k rpm's, it falls all the way down to 4k! Hell, last year at this time it went from 6k to 5k! Oh well, 92k is really good on a stock clutch.

Now, if I could only get my tax money in for my suspension..... :)

Rubin,Congrats on the parts.. sounds like its gonna be fun... Do you already have shocks and springs? A buddy of mine is parting out his 240, he has his shocks and springs for sale as well as a Navan front end... the car is the same color as yours, didnt know if you would be interested or not... let me know, I can get more details or pics if you want.

Later,

Rubin,You will see a definite difference with your aftermarket clutch installed. You will find that it will be harder to kill your car, you well get better power to the drive shaft quicker and it engages like a mother.Just a word of warning, if you drive a car that does not have a performance clutch, you will try to push the clutch peddle through the firewall. Good Luck Bro,Bud

hey Rubin, i found an ACT 6puck from mvpmotorsports.com for like 278, and the ACT Street for 288 or something. that confused me. why would the stronger, "better" clutch be less expensive?? strange. made me almost change my decision from the Street to the 6puck, but i've heard the 6-puck is a pretty rough clutch, which would SUCK in town. let me know how it does!

Nicole...you dog you :)

Ben, its because of the harsher engagment I "think". I will let you drive her next time I am in town, so you can choose for yourself.
