I went to the Sylvania's website to find the that the front side marker lights are a different number that are in the Q45 manual.

Which is right The Manual from the manufacture that puts out the car or the people who make the lights for the car?

The front side marker light is 194 in the Q45 manual and 168 in Sylvania's website.

Take the dead bulb in and compare. I thought 168 was a tailight on the FGY33. Could be a side marker light also, I guess.

Study Thomas Edison's work and problems encountered to better understand filament light bulbs................how they live and failWilliam Coolidge at GE along with sublimation of Tungsten:

The above has nice graphs which enable you to see how voltage changes affects life, brightness and color temperature.
