I 30 Fog light replacements

Can some please help me in changing my fog lights on my 1998 i30. i just brought the car and it came with no owner manual so i havent have a clue on how to get to the bulbs to replace my fog lights.

Secondly does any one know of a place were i can get blue headlight bulbs and fog light bulbs. i brought some off ebay that claim to be blue but they arent they are just whiter than the stock lights

Here are some diagrams to help you on the removal and installation. The bulb can be acessed from the rear of the fog light assembly.
