From what I understand, the EPA does not test all vehicles, they merely enforce reporting. They provide the manufacturer with the criteria for the test and it is the manufacturer's responsibility to test and report accurately. But if there are questions, the EPA will get involved and things like this happen.elwesso wrote:That's crazy...
