Oh God..., tell me you're not asking about the little "car quack" hydrogen generating canister device or the thing you clamp on the incoming fuel line.

Do the research & see that this technology ranks up there with the "tornado" and nitrogen filled tires crapola.

Yes, there is no "hydrogen generator" product that will increase mpg in any measurable way.
