Bleeded the fuel presure to get ready to take the injector out,somehow the gasoline still run down to the valves and combustion chamber:(( I have not yet put everything back)I took the spark plugs out and see if I can spot any liquid in the conbustion chamber, but didnt see wetness???My question si if you have liquid in conbustion chamber, how do you get it out? How can you tell you have liquid in chamber?94 J with 145,000 mileThanks

It's probably drained down past the rings by now. Get a long straight wooden dowel, remove the plugs, and do a dipstick check of the combustion chambers.

If you spilled gas down into a chamber, don't sweat it too much. A few CC's will evaporate in short order with the plugs pulled.

If you are still worried, keep the fuel pump fuse out and keep the plugs out and crank the engine a little (aka a compression test) that will spread the gas around and accelerate the drying process.

Also be shure to pull the dip stick and give it a goos sniff, gas in the oil can damage engine bearings. If you have any doupt change the oil also!
