hydraulic handbrake won't work

hydraulic handbrake won't work
I have a 92 240sx withva ka24det I go drifting with it but cant seem to get this hanbrake functioning which is an essential part for drifting. The handbrake is from glow shift. I installed it. There is fluid before and after the handbrake and my rear brakes still work but when u pull the handbrake it applies very little force to the rear brakes so Wat's going on cause everyone I know with one of these says they barely pull it and it locks up the rear wheels. Any help would be great thanks

Bleed bleed and then bleed some more.

Really ok ill give that a try. I just figured it should work cause when I push the brake pedal in I cant turn turn the rear wheels. So I figured whenvi pull the handbrake I should get the same result but I dont

Ok something else I notice when I pull up on the handbrake it only goes a quarter of the way and gets tight but if u crack the bleeder valve on the Galilee it pulls up the entire way
