i've got a vert which never had a fully functional handbrake. i've changed calipers (used), replaced the cables and still nothing. the foot brake worked fine, but after installing the hydraulic handbrake, we bled the brakes and now the foot brake is VERY slushy and the handbrake non-existent.

there's powerslot rotors, ss lines, and carbon pads on the car that worked fine (for the foot brake), now they are not.

any suggestions?

thanks.

Sounds like you have air still stuck in the lines. Have you tried rebleeding the brakes?
