hydraulic fluid on struts on new stance gr+pro coilovers. dont kno what it means

I just installed new stance gr+pro coilovers on my 89 240. i went on a little drift session and when i went to go check things out afterward i noticed two lines of what apears to be hydraulic fluid about 1 inch wide on my left side coilover. it has been about three days since i put them on. this has never happened to me so i'm a little confused on what this means. anyone know?
