Has anyone heard of Hybrid intercoolers (the brand, not the type)? I've seen some pretty nice things about them so I decided to take a chance and snagged one off Ebay but I was wondering if anyone else has one or heard about them. They're supposed to have a low pressure drop 0.2psi and they look to be well constructed. The figures I saw for Temp drop showed that at 15 PSI, the drop was from 120 down to 28. The tank has 3" inlets and outlets. They're saying it'd be good to 500hp plus.

The only problem I've seen is that no one in the states seems to sell them so you have to pay a heavy shipping fee to get them here. They seem to be readily availible in AU and JP from what I've been able to find.

Any other info on them would be great.

Yes, but if they quote you in AU, then it's actually going to be less.

So if it's $1000 on their site, it's only gonna cost you $600.

Something like that.

right now it would only cost $670. Isn't that a good deal for that quality?

BTW, Night sells those too.

You will probably have to pay customs fees and duty tax. I don't know how the US plays that stuff, but it will probably be more.

Well, its being shipped from Japan and its rather large so the shipping really isn't that much. Hell, it cost me $120 for shipping on a bumber from CA to FL.

In the end, (unless there are some duty fees and what not) I've got an intercooler larger than both the Greddy and HKS, showing good performance (in numbers) for around $700. Thats not a bad deal if you ask me.
