i didnt see it on here ... yet.... but i thought i would post it.

this is a hybrid clutch setup for ka-t guys where they take a 250mm 6 bolt rb flywheel and use a 350z clutch which results in a crazy tq capacity and a more streetable clutch. this is very similar to the White Bunny Special (nissan d21 fw + 90-96 300zx NA clutch) but 1 step better imo.

anyone tried using the 350z cluch on an rb fw in the rb ??

That is freaking sweet! Does that also mean that KA24DE lightweight flywheels will fit my series 1 RB25DET?

yes but thats a step backwards ...

ka = 225mm 18lbsd21 = 240mm 23lbsrb = 250mm ___lbs

the overall purpose is having a larger part doing the same work, which usually means it can do it easier than a smaller part.

bump!

want to get a better idea of what im going to get for a clutch. i tried out my buddies unsprung 6puck on his ka and i hated it! it was like a light swtich - ON OFF! im hoping that the sprung version for the rb is much more foregiving.

im set on getting th fidanza rb fw ... clutch, i know the na z32 clutch (240mm) works but i havent found any 6puck sprung clutches other than the ebay versions (which i have 1 at my access for hella cheap - new).

ive also found that JWT lists a 240/250mm light-wight fw for the all rb's ... $425http://www.jimwolftechnology.c...D=463
