HVAC System

The HVAC system blows chunks of what appear to be pieces of foam such as may have served as gaskets at the joints in the system. This material, whatever it actually is, is filthy and hard to clean up. Does anyone have any experience with this and, if so, how do you deal with it?

Id take out the HVAC fan and clean it out... There is a piece of foam near the fan that could be decomposing or something...

Youll need to take out the glovebox, and the fan will be right there.
