Hvac,blower, cluster not working

I had another problem arise. Previously I had a massively molested dash harness. I had no working Hvac control and blower motor. Well I tossed in a minty fresh dash harness. I'm thinking I burned up the TCU since my hazards don't work, flip ups won't work, windshield wiper stays on constant, no turn signals and my cluster doesn't read out at all. Like everything illuminates. But as far as sending back a readout of rpm, speed, oil pressure and so forth I get nothing. The engine runs fine. I'm just bummed about this. especially with the approaching socal summers. Also when the car is on the battery light is very dim and is constantly lit. I know there is not a battery drain because they car runs fine.

Imma unplug my battery and see if this clears up anything. And hopefully look for another TCU and see if this helps.
