I thought Greg (AZhitman) had gotten soem on his old Q, but can't say for sure.

I think Brian (maxnix) has it as well??

But my memory isn't as good as it used to be.

Also, I think there's 2 different "brands" of the ceramic tint out there with similar names as well??? It's all so confusing

It's only the best product on the market.

I have it on my G35 Coupe, and yes, it IS that much better than anything else.

Rejects nearly all heat, and does it without being too dark. Pricey, but well worth the extra $.

Do some research on it: Huper Optik.

Thanks for the links, Keith!

Nice thing is its not completely opaque, which would look tacky on a gold Q like mine.

the ceramic tint technology is currently used in the huper optik and formula one pinnacle brands of tint, not sure if anyone else has it yet-the big advantage over a full metal based tint is that it does not interfear with transmission of radio frequencies used for the radio, navagation, cell phone, keyless remote, valentine one,or any other device operated in the vehicle that relys on a signal passing through the glass. The full metal tint is also an excellent design that blocks heat almost as well as the ceramic based tint, yet does not appear too dark or mirror like{dont confuse a full metal based tint film with the cheap mirrored look-not the same thing} a quality full metal tint is almost not even noticable from the outside looking in.The cheap, old technology dyed film, causing dark to black looking windows is obsolete, and only good for privacy-it is a poor performer as far as heat rejection, and turns a nasty purple as the sun bleaches the dye in the film-this is the film most often seen on limo`s and people with kewel cars.

I do. AZHitman does.

It is the strongest and the best infrared rejection with no electromagnetic attenuation. Best vision at night also.

How much did it cost you? Is it as durable as they say (hard to scratch)? Throw us a pic or two please!

No real need for pics, tint doesn't show up well in pics.

Resists scratching quite well.

I think it was $350.

Wow! That ride's hot! Thanks for the pic and the info. At $350, it must be a bargain considering the weather in AZ. Btw I didn't notice before, but do you have 8 cars?

$400 for the FYG33 in Austin.

Like Greg says, the beauty of it is it doesn't look after market. If you like limo tint, this ain't it. HO Stark 30 really works.

Well worth the price.

Limo tint is SO 80's. And unsafe.

Great, I just tinted mine to 20% limo black, and now I find out I'm close to 30 years behind. Jesus I suck...
