hundreds of people posting no spark post, but when they fix, they dont tell how

please some one , i got a suttle spark after putting in some 95+ maxima coil packs. but it only does it now and then, sometimes when you first start it, when you stop trying to crank it, or none at all. just random times? If anyone has had a no spark problem, tell me how you fixed it, i am 12 months in this and im gonna sell it if i cant get it to run. i dont want all my hard work going to waste. please some one help out a fellow nissan enthusiast.

check all grounds..look over all the obvious things first

check your wires on the cas plug. I had a wire that was barely making connection. Sometime i would get spark and sometimes no.

Also, double check to make sure that your ignitor's ground is making contact as well as making sure that the power splice at the big chassis plugs next to the battery tray are done up correctly (black/red and blue/red spliced together. blue/red is the 12v supply for the coil packs themselves)

IIRC, maxima coil packs use a different plug than SR coil packs, so did you resolder all the plugs to match the max, or did you alter the packs themselves to fit the SR plug? Just make sure that the plugs are snapped in and secure. And if you did any soldering up there (which I hope you did. Butt connecters for those kind of wires are a big no-no), make sure that nothing is rubbing up against anything funny.

yeh i just popped the wire out of the plug and clicked them back in fr the maxima pack order, it very easy and it looks like it hasnt been tampered with that way. but the maxima has transistors, so i have to diconect the module and straight wire it dont i? thats what i have done, maxima's dont have ignotion modules do they?
