humming noise at 50mph

it sounds like the hub bearings. But at low speeds (20mph) if your standing outside the car it sounds like the front tire has a flat spot on it (but it doesnt) anyone have any issues with the front hubs

no , alignment is good and everything feels smooth.

I actually have the same noise on my car, it's on the passenger's side. Are you still running on stock rubber? Apparently, the tires Nissan puts on the A/C from the factory seem to have a sharp increase in road noise at around 20-23k miles due to multiple flat spots/not so great tires in general. The noise seems to not be as noticable at higher speeds (70-80 mph) but seems to be at its loudest between 50-60 mph.

i had a feeling it maybe the tires. Im going to jack it up tonight and check out the hub bearings. If they sound good then new tires it is.
