It's a bad week to be a drunk. Between this guy and Ryan Dunn, they ain't making the best of decisions.

So according to the article, "charges will certainly be pending" if she's found to have a BAC over the legal limit? Does anyone else find it weird that it's apparently a-okay if she ran him over sober but not if she was drunk?

I don't know about A-okay, but I think she'll have it easier if she wasn't over the legal limit. Its the dude's fault for being an idiot and hiding in front of the car.

Actually, he would have been worse off if they did that, ray. The surface area of a tire is a lot less than the undercarriage of the car...

Ewww dude, if I found someone in my family under my car I would be freaking out.

Again, thats why I always exit my vehicle, and check around it, and before entering my vehicle, I check around it.

No reason not to spend that second doing it.

Why do you need to exit your vehicle and check for people unless you've already run over one? :squint:

Lol Dave

I always get out and look around my car to make sure I didn't pick up and trash on the road or something, so while I'm parked I can get rid of it.

Or draggin a tree branch or something

I ran over a dog once and didn't know it until I found blood and hair on my muffler. The jacked up part is I immediately knew when I did it. I was coming around a corner and some dude was standing there and started screaming at me. I thought he was pissed because he was going to step out and thought I was going to stop. When I remembered the incident I realized he was holding the end of a leash..... Yeah, I got some karma comin for that one.
