Hum sound

I’ve got a tough one here.. I hit what looked like a 4x4 that was laying parallel to my lane on the interstate. I was doing about 70 and hit straight on. Took it to tires plus for inspection. I told them that there was a new hum that became audible at 60mph and went away after 70mph. There was a little shaking as well. They told me I needed 4 new tires and one rim. Done. Alignment.. done.. they said no other damage. well the shaking is gone but the same hum at 60mph to 70mph still there. Any clue? I know this sounds like a click and clack call in.

Probably jarred an exhaust sheild loose. They seem to hum or vibrate at certain rpm’s. I’m glad you solved the shaking but it may have been limited to the one tire with the bent rim.
