HUD to Analog

I have a 89 240sx and the HUD cluster is bad in it i have a extra analog cluster at my freinds house i was just wondering if a analog will work with the HUD dash wireing.

No, it won't work. You need harness for the analog cluster.

I have a single cam parts car if the harness can be pulled off I will trade you the harness for your broken hud.

you don't have to cut anything. it's a plug in play.the harness you need is about 12 inchs long with black connectors.with the cluster out it tuns to the passenger side of the car.be prepared to get your arm in the tight space behind the dash to unplug and plug up the harness.

I've done this on several s13s, and it's all about luck. On some cars, it's easy to remove that black plug, but on some of them, wow... I just wanted to break/cut the dash out. Space is so tight and my hand got scratched up. I wish Nissan made that main harness for the dash like 1 inch longer. Channel lock works great sometimes, but you have to be gentle.
